The Hilton Orlando is 13 miles from the Orlando International Airport.  Taxis and rideshares can be found outside of the baggage claim areas of each terminal and averages $20-30 per trip, not including gratuity.

GES, NACA's designated service contractor, will handle the physical arrangements for all exhibits. GES will directly email each exhibitor the link to their Exhibitor Service Kit, which has the information necessary for the construction of your booth, furniture rentals and other onsite services. 

When considering the setup of your exhibit, please note that each space includes one 40" starbase table, two stools, one ID sign, and one waste basket. The Exhibit Hall is carpeted. Each table in your booth will be fitted with a sneeze guard to help protect the safety of interviewers/interviewees.

Any questions you may have regarding decorations and furnishings should be made to GES directly at +1 301 937 8600. GES will also have on-site staff to help with any issues.

Electricity is not included with your booth. You must order this through Edlen, the Hilton Orlando's electrical contractor. Once on the Edlen site, you will have to first register.  You'll then be prompted to select your event (National Association of Catastrophe Adjusters) from the drop down menu.

For your convenience, the form is also included in the GES Exhibitor Kit.

Wireless Internet (WiFi) connections come standard with your Exhibit. Hard wire connections will be at your discretion and can be contracted directly with the hotel to make arrangements to support your booth activities. For your convenience, the form is included in the GES Exhibitor Kit.  The WiFi password will be shared via the NACA mobile app.

NACA is excited to partner with Brella to produce the NACA Convention's mobile app. As an exhibitor, you will be featured within the app to allow attendees to locate your space in the Exhibit Hall, schedule interviews, and stay connected throughout the event. It is very important that you download the app.  NACA will be sending notifications throughout the Convention to encourage participation in the Exhibit Hall.

Deadline to Confirm Participation: Monday, December 21, 2020

NACA is pleased to be offering our Exhibitor Passport Program during the Convention.  This successful initiative is designed to add excitement to the Exhibit Hall, increase traffic, and provide the opportunity for attendees to win prizes.

To increase the buzz around this program, we invite you and your organization to provide a prize as a giveaway.  All exhibitors are strongly encouraged to participate.  It can be as token or grand as you would like, but the more prizes we have to offer, the more incentive for attendees to visit all exhibits! 

During the open time on Tuesday and Wednesday and at the closing reception in the Exhibit Hall, NACA will announce the organization, and your representative will be invited to speak for a few moments. Due to time constraints, please do not prepare a speech.  To make it fair to exhibitors and attendees alike, winners must be present to win.

Please note we will need to be informed of your organization's participation and prize offered no later than December 21.  NACA will not require the prize itself in advance; You can provide it onsite to the NACA staff.

Included in all exhibit packages, NACA will provide the complete attendee registration list with email addresses on Monday, December 21.  If additional registrations are received after this date, NACA will send out an updated list a few days before the Convention begins.

As stated in the Exhibitor Service Kit, GES will collect and deliver exhibitor freight.  You are strongly encouraged to ship any booth materials to the warehouse address provided in the Exhibitor Service Kit.  However, if there is a need to send additional booth materials directly to the Hilton Orlando, please note the following details:
