TRANSPORTATION

The McCarran International Airport is 4 miles from the Rio.  Taxis and rideshares can be found outside of the baggage claim areas of each terminal and average $20-30 per trip, not including gratuity.

Be alert to solicitations of hotel reservations from any company other than the Rio.  Those companies may have inaccurate room inventory and/or rates, unreasonable cancellation or change penalties or are completely non-refundable. Please report any unauthorized solicitation housing to the meeting planner.
